Anderson sits in Madison County, which carries the same EPA Zone 1 designation as neighboring Delaware County: the highest radon risk category the EPA assigns. We are about 20 minutes east in Muncie, and Anderson gets the same pricing, the same free estimate, and the same certified installers as our home city.

Yorktown has the newest housing stock of any town we serve, which produces the single most expensive misconception in local radon: that a newer home on a slab is somehow safe. It is not. Yorktown sits in the same EPA Zone 1 county as Muncie, over the same soil, and we are about ten minutes east.

Albany and the rural stretch of northeast Delaware County have a different radon profile than Muncie: more crawl spaces than basements, more older farmhouse construction, and a lot of homes on private wells.
