When you call the number on this site or send the quote form, you reach us, and we route your job to an independent radon professional who holds IDOH certification and works in Delaware County.
Indiana requires certification from the Indiana Department of Health to provide radon testing and mitigation services to the public. That certification belongs to the professional doing the work on your property, not to this website, and we verify it before we route anyone to you.
How the free estimate works
A radon quote does not require a sales appointment to produce a range. It requires a sales appointment to produce a final number, which is a different thing, and conflating the two is how this industry wastes people's evenings.
- You call or send the form. Two required fields. If you have a test result already, that alone tells us most of what matters.
- We ask about the house. Foundation type, footprint, whether there is an existing system, and whether you are working against a deadline.
- You get a range for your situation, not the generic one on this page. Usually on that first call.
- If it makes sense to proceed, an on-site assessment produces the fixed quote. Ask for it in writing, from us or from anyone else you call.
The estimate is free whether or not you hire anyone, including in the cases where the honest answer is that your number does not justify the spend right now.
Why we publish pricing
Search radon mitigation for this city and you will find directories, a national brand's auto-generated city page, and a handful of companies based an hour or more away. Almost none of them will tell you a number without a form.
We publish $1,200–$2,000 for a typical single-family system because the alternative wastes everyone's time. If that range does not fit your budget, you found that out in ten seconds instead of after an appointment. If it does, you start the conversation already knowing roughly where it lands, which is a better conversation.

What we will not tell you
A short list, because the omissions on a site like this are as informative as the claims:
- We do not claim years in business, a team, or a review count. This is a new brand. Inventing history would be the easiest lie on the internet and the first one worth catching.

Why Muncie
