Privacy Policy

This policy covers muncieradon.com. It is written to be read rather than to be defensible, so it is short and specific.

What we collect

When you submit the quote form: your name, phone number, the service you selected, anything you typed in the message field, which page you submitted from, and any campaign parameters in the URL. We also record the time of submission.

When you call the number on this site: that number is a tracking line. We record your caller ID, the time and duration of the call, and which page you were on if the call came from a click on this site. Calls may be recorded for quality and accuracy, and you will hear an announcement to that effect at the start of the call.

When you simply browse: aggregate, privacy-preserving page analytics with no cookies and no cross-site tracking. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers on this site.

What we do with it

We use your contact information to respond to your request, quote your job, and route it to a certified radon professional who can perform the work. That routing is the entire purpose of this site, and submitting the form means your information will be shared with the professional assigned to your job.

We use the page and campaign data to understand which pages produce real inquiries, so we know what to write more of.

What we do not do with it

• We do not sell your information. Not to data brokers, not to lead aggregators, not to anyone.
• We do not share it beyond the professional assigned to your job, plus the service providers listed below who process it on our behalf.
• We do not put you into an automated marketing sequence. If you do not proceed, you stop hearing from us.
• We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels, so submitting this form will not cause radon ads to follow you around the internet.

Service providers

We use a small number of third parties to operate the site. Each of them processes data on our behalf under their own terms:

• Cloudflare hosts the site, stores form and call records, and provides privacy-preserving analytics.
• Twilio provides the tracking phone number and handles call routing and recording.
• Resend delivers the email notification that tells us a form came in.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records and call logs are retained while they are useful for serving customers and understanding site performance. If you would like your information deleted, email quotes@muncieradon.com and we will remove it, including call recordings, and confirm when it is done.

Your choices

• Do not want a call recorded? Say so when you are connected and recording for that call will stop, or use the form instead.
• Prefer not to give a phone number? Email us at quotes@muncieradon.com instead. A phone number is on the form because a radon quote is genuinely faster by phone, not because we require one to talk.
• Want your data removed? Ask, and we will do it.

Children

This site is intended for property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top changes with it. We do not backdate revisions.
