What to have ready

None of this is required, and you can call with none of it. It just means we can tell you more on the first call instead of the second.

• Any test result you already have, including the number and how it was measured. An inspection report is plenty.
• Your foundation type: basement, slab, crawl space, or some combination. This is the single biggest driver of what a system costs.
• Roughly how large the ground-contact footprint is, which affects whether one suction point covers the house.
• Whether there is a deadline, such as a closing date. Say so up front and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic.
• Whether there is already a system on the house, and if so whether the manometer shows suction. That changes the conversation from install torepair.

What happens after you send the form

It reaches us directly. We follow up during Mon–Sat, 8am–7pm ET to ask whatever the form did not cover, give you a range for your specific situation, and schedule an on-site assessment if that is the right next step. There is no automated drip sequence and your number is not sold to anyone.

About who does the work
